Hi indome, 1 are is 100 squaremeters, so your 30 are is 3000 squaremeters. I own 20 are and property myself on Gili Trawangan, Lombok together with my Indonesian husband. Over the last 11 yrs I have meet many people that has had some really bad experiences when it comes to buying land, for that reason I always warn people to be very casious.Another advice is for the foreigner to keep the certificate him/herself in order to avoid unpleasant surprises.
