We considered the Kodak moneychangers to be a bit of a rip off. They only accept totally pristine notes and give less for creased etc. Most other money changers are good, but I would give a thought to something like cashpassport card. You get the exchange of the day through an ATM. You can have a look at www.cashpassportcard.com It's the way we do it now.
