if you call someone kepala udang (literally prawn head) it is slang for calling them an idiot. Very handy you have the ezybank card, any of the debit cards with the cirrus or maestro logos can be used in the atms in Bali. Normal withdrawal fee is $5 but if you use the two in Kuta and Legian which are affiliated with the Commonwealth Bank the withdrawal fee is only $1.50 (haven't tested this though).
