Millennium Bug power supply Bali

Planning another trip to beautiful Bali in December but as I am an asthmatic and need to be able to re-charge my nebulizer on a regular basis am very concerned about the power going down over the New Year.Has anyone heard anything on the power situation, especially anyone who is a resident on Bali. Any info. would be greatly appreciated as I want to book my trip ASAP. Thanks.
