aren't there battery operated nebulizers that don't cost a lot in comparison with a trip to Bali. In thunderstorms, and heavy rain the power is not always certain, outside the big/or expensive hotels, (which probably have their own generators) so wouldn't it be better if you asked your doctor to recommend one of the battery powered alternatives? I've just re-read your question, I see you do have a battery powered one that needs recharging. There must be some sort of reliable battery charger that is operated by larger batteries?
My husband says take Lithium batteries, they are expensive, but they hold their charge for a very long time, they don't have a memory problem if they get turned on and of lots of times, he says that he doesn't know of the larger battery thing that I talked of above, but he is certain that if you can get lithium batteries and you are not going for too long, ie: not for more than two weeks then you would be safe with those. (My husband is an engineer, so maybe he knows!) Alternatively, perhaps people here would be good enough to let you know of places that have their own generators, as I'm sure that everybody in Bali is so nice and willing that you would be able to take your nebulizer there and plug in for the time needed. Good luck!
