Booking with Air Asia

Does any one have the secret to getting past the guest information page?
I log in, choose the flights, add the guest information and press CONTINUE and nothing happens. There are no unchecked boxes etc. I have used Safari, Firefox and Internet Explorer. It is a mystery, nearly as great as the unanswered questions I have forwarded to Air Asia. Any advice on this issue is greatly appreciated.
