What's happening to Sanur?

Hi all,

Following up on my previous post, and the sad news of the loss of the Bonsai Restaurant which was one of the better ones on the front, along with that wonderful display of Bonsai Trees out the back, and yes it must have been about 3 years ago since we were there last, how sad.

Now we are told that Hardy's has closed down for 18 months for redevelopment, can someone confirm this please, if so where do we go to go to get our supplies, as we are renting a villa this time and we were going to cater ourselves for breakfast and the odd lunch and to do this shop at Hardy's?

So is the likes of the Mona Lisa and the Ratatouille still there?

What is happening to our friendly everyone knows everyone little Sanur, don't tell us it is going the way of the west coast?
