I just rang a friend in Sanur, and Hardys is open on 1st and 3nd floor, 3rd floor is closed. When I was there in late October the lift had gone as had part of the actual floor on the first floor so some renovations were being done then. The Hyatt is closed for renovations so perhaps that was meant not Hardys. Sanur like most of Bali has changed.
