gluten free eating in Bali

Hi all,we are travel to bali in Feb and this is the first time we have friends coming with that are celiac's, I am sure others must have travels to Bali before with this condition! Is there such a thing as a list of restaurants with a gluten free menu or does anyone know of any restaurants at all that can serve gluten free.

Any help appreciated.
