express airport service

Hi, I have found this forum really useful over the years, thanks everyone.

I'm travelling with 6 months old, and thought I might as well use the express airport service, just to get through customs, both ways. Has anyone used? Anyone recommend a company to use? Cost? Does it include entry to comfy lounge area?
