Cost is around AUD30 per person.
From my experience there has been no lounge included.
Met off aircraft and escorted through to baggage collection.
The company you choose take care of the visa payments and bring all docs to the luggage area.
They will then assist you through the customs process and out to arrivals.
Of course, upon departure there is no customs to worry about.
