I have spoken to two people this week who had their handbags snatched in Bali. The first I heard about was in Sanur about a year ago along a narrow lane leading to the beach. Later a friend's girlfriend was targetted on the main drag in Kuta near the corner of Jl Poppies2. The latest was last week on Jl Danau Tamblingan in Sanur. All cases were two guys on a motorbike. Wearing the strap right around your shoulder should prevent the attack possibly. It's such a shame that crime in Bali has got to this low level.....
