Yes its a shame its happenning but its been going on forever.
the first time I witnessed a pair of low lifes in Bali on a scooter rip a ladys bag of her shoulder was back in 1996 so its not new.
I wish there was no crime in Bali but there is and its only going to get worse with more tourists bigger hotels etc .
