yes I received our refund within 2 days from BOQ and my sister in-law and friend who were with both Westpac and Commonwealth have now received theirs as of today, originally they were told a 45 day wait, but a second call ( when they finally got through)changed it to 48hrs. They have also been told they will receive their refund in full as it was paid with credit card, it is the same as purchasing anything online and not receiving the goods. Wish they'd all get their stories straight,they were in the same boat and unable to re-book until they got their money back so good luck to your friends.
