when I went on Friday I was told upto 10 days then I would have to fill out a dispute form. I told them there was no dispute, its quite simple I haven't been provided with any goods or service therefor I will require a refund.
However I was also told on Saturday by the TA I used, that she was not going to allow me the recharge back. All she wants is for me to claim on my travel insurance, which would let them off the hook, But the first port of call is, that goods and service was not received so therefor you are entitled to a refund.As has been said in a previous post when are they going to change the laws on this type of thing happening time and time again.
