Anyone done this? a friend of mine has just found out she has breast cancer and cant go to bali in march as planned as she has to have chemo. Her friend who was going with her wants to change the ticket to her daughter's name as she doesnt want to go on her own. Jetstar have told her they want $300 to change the ticket, or they can cancel the tickets and buy new ones at a cost of $400 + each ticket. Anybody else had this experience?
