What you agree on is what you pay. You will find that they either buy or bring their own food or get an arranged meal with a restaurant that they take you to. We some times offer a drink or food but mostly they refuse we do buy our driver an ice cream which we have done for years as we know he enjoys them we also give him a tip mostly 50,000 but that is our choice.
