I think it is only good manners to offer to buy lunch drinks etc for drivers if you have booked them all day, they don expect it, usually bring their own but let's face it we are talking about a couple of $??? My driver is a good friend now and brings nibbles for us! He even bought us sun glasses last time as we had left ours at the hotel!!!
