bali orphanage

we actually visited an orphanage in August this year, the kids were so happy to show us around, the hubby and son and male friends we went with had a game of basketball with the kids. We also sat in on a english lesson which my friend decided to take, the kids had a great time and a great laugh, I think it made them feel very special. Also now we are on facebook with some of them and we teach them english and they teach us indonesian, so no I dont think they would rather be left alone to get on with their schooling/lives in dignity. Oh and next year when we visit we are going to take a couple of them out for the day, that has given them something to look forward to!!!
