what Heatherbelle is saying is that she doesn't want others believing it is possible to buy land, you have an agreement, a lease or something, that you are happy with.
Others may not be able to get the same agreement, the law is a maximum lease of 25 years at present, after that it goes the landowner, house and all, unless the landowner agrees to sell it freehold before that time to an Indonesian. Heatherbelle is just stating the law and most of us that live here know that if you don't stick to it there is often a problem down the end.
