There are stories but can you put me in contact with someone that has had that experience. I have a few friend in aus who have their kids names on deeds etc due to tax loopholes, first home owner scams etc. I can imagine that even in a family arrangement things can go wrong and there are fall outs between people and their child walks away or sells the property.
And I believe that some friends can also be as trustworthy as good family members. You know that saying you can choose your friends but not your family!
I am happy to have some risk for a small investment, probably no different risk than the share market.
