But hopefully it will never come to that and as I mentioned if it ever did I have only lost a small amount of money and my plan is to live 6 months of the year on Lembongan (where my land is) so further down the track if I did loose it the rent I would have paid will cover what I have spent on the land.
On Lembongan there are many Australians with the same arrangement and enjoying there time in their villas, obviously so far there have been no awful court cases or selling of land.
I would be interested in hearing from anyone though who has been through any problems with their 'friend' claiming the land.
