with the villa we stay at, they always ask us to bring photo copy of the passports of all guest to registar at the police station, they have never asked for a payment for this, staying there again in 10 weeks, I would have to assume if there is a payment it must come out of what we pay to stay there, maybe one of the villa owners that frequent this forum could clarify for us?
