2. Gloria should also be aware that she only needs 10 signatures from her villagers and the Village Head must have (by law) all the dogs vaccinated. BAWA or BARC are then allowed to enter the village and vaccinate all the dogs for (free for the villagers) and remove (yes destroy) all the dogs that look rapid.
There are solutions to this problem happening all over Bali. To just put a post that a child died (not a tourist child, but a child in a village where they have not been educated is what angers me). And Gloria is not correct in the playing down of Rabies, my god, you cannot turn a corner in Bali without a sign up, even the electronic board near the large statue/roundabout coming into Kuta plays continues messages about Rabies and AIDS.
