paradise? but with thieves?

I hear so much good on Bali, but then 10000 warnings about things like money changer who will rip you off.

I've been to a lot of countries, and there seems to be more warnings here than others. Is it all trouble or is it paradise?

So many warning of all thse places that will rip you off doesn't seem like a good start to a holiday..
