Money Changer near Puri raja

Have been told there is a good honest money changer called tokyo near Bintang supermarket, can anyone else make any suggestions, And is Legian Pub easy to find, and are there lots of tourist booths near for discount tickest. Sorry for all thew questions am a first timer going in 9 weeks.
