My 17 year old daughter was a front seat passenger of a serious car accident on 20th Feb 08.
She has a fractured skull, broken bone in the neck, a broken rib, broken pelvis and a blood clot on the brain.
She is lucky to be alive.
We booked our holiday to Bali in August 07 for 25th July 08.
My daughter has been given the OK to still go to Bali.
But with a broken pelvis can't walk long distances.
The way I shop, there will be no way she would keep up with me.
My question is can you hire a wheel chair in Bali or should we take our own?
We still have 16 weeks till we go so maybe her walking will get a little better by then but I was told a broken pelvis can take up to 2 years to mend properly.
