These guys are in Sanur. They have wheelchairs and those motorised chairs for hire. They will deliver to the hotel or to the airport for pickup. They also have a van that it all fits into of you need to hire a car for the day.

That is there web page site. my friend hires the motorised one off them when she goes over. It is a bit of a pain at the shopping centres with the stairs but it is good for whizzing down the streets.
