bali on ebay

has anyone bought accomodation off ebay? was looking at ebay saw auctions for vouchers for accomodation in bali. the only catch was sit for an hour and listen to a some semeniar about time share holidays no strings attached. voucher is for 5-7 days. was wondering if anyone on here had used them and if so any problems
