Sounds to me like you'd be committing to a timeshare presentation...they say it's an hour, but chances of getting cut loose after an hour are pretty slim...once you've done the presentation...I'm sure you'd receive the voucher..then you'd most likey be staying in one of their resorts.
I've stayed in two differernt resorts in Bali...one at the Royal in Candedasa and the other at the Pennisula in Tanjun Benoa, both places were very nice, but a bit removed from the "general" tourist area...to me the weeks I spent in the timeshares were the most expensive weeks I've ever done in Bali, primarily because I had to pay a maintenance fee for the week I owned, then another $200 for an exchange fee....then there were the weekly utility charges at the resort...and then of course transportation fees because the resorts are out of the way..
Unless you're traveling with a family and want to hang at the resort...I'd for go the offer and just rent a hotel room where you'd like to be...the price of hotels are very reasonable in Bali..and it's nice to have the option to move your homebase to a different part of the island...
This is just my opinion. If you were going someplace that the hotel rates were expensive and could give an hour or 3 of your time for a presentation, perhaps then it would be worth while..
