DPS to Adelaide via Darwin

Hi Guys!
Has anyone done the Airnorth to Darwin / Jetstar to Adelaide route yet? Airnorth lands at 1:15 AM, Jetstar leaves at 3:00 AM. As the flights would be booked independantly I am concerned about getting through customs and immigration in time to comply with Jetstars 30 minute before flight cut off. Ant experience here?
