No, flying Qantas up, arrives Darwin just after mid day, gives me time to either have a look around Darwin, a bit of lunch, maybe catch up with an old acquaintance, etc. Cheap rental car will come in handy.
You may be able to tell me how the connection on the way back goes if you do it, I am not going until July.
