Our family (2 adults, 1 child aged 15 and 2 children aged 11) are considering a holiday in Bali in late September this year. Last time we visited (3 years ago) we stayed at the Sanur Paradise Plaza Suites in a 2 bedroom apartment. It was a great place to stay, but this time we would like to stay at a beachfront property in Sanur. We are considering either the Puri Santrian or the Besakhi Beach Resort. Has anyone stayed at either of these two properties recently? Any information that anybody has on either of these 2 properties would be greatly appreciated.
We have received a quote for airfares with Garuda from Perth, 12 nights accommodation at the Puri Santrian, breakfast & airport transfers for $1,457 per person - not sure if this is reasonable or not.
Lastly we are interested in going on one of those mountain bike tours while we are there. I've read in brochures that they are 95% downhill and quite easy. Anyone had any experiences here?
