can only be between two people of the same religious faith and must be performed by a celebrant of that faith, and also by a civil celebrant. Unless both celebrants participate you will not have a fully legal wedding. From this you will receive two certificates, one from each celebrant, and this will be recognised elsewhere. If you also want an Australian marriage certificate you can arrange with the consulate to have a representative attend as witness.
There is no provision for a civil legal wedding only as Indonesia does not recognise "no religion".
