From my understanding you both have to be of the same faith or change your faith to your partner's for it to be legal in Indonesia.
that is my understanding i may be wrong.
My daughter was married in Bali last year but they were both of the same religon & Australian.Good luck it is a magical place for a wedding.And wish you both all the happiness for a long life together.
