quite OK in Bali? I've just realised reading your post that I haven't seen anyone breastfeeding on any of our trips to Bali. I will still be breastfeeding our 8 month old when we go in June & don't give it a thought generally, but I'm just wondering how socially acceptable it might be in Bali amongst Balinese and Other Indonesian people. At home I'm aware that there are people who feel uncomfortable if you breastfeed in front of them, but this is more due to ignorance, old fashioned ideals &/or lack of exposure in my opinion, so it really doesn't bother me. I just wonder, though, whether the dreadful formula companies have the Balinese convinced that breastfeeding is no longer OK, or not. Thanks for any input! Cheers, Sue.
