If you are breastfeeding it is pretty easy, as at 9 months your baby will be able to eat a fair amount of food on offer at breakfast and in restaurants - mashed vegies, yoghurt, avocado, banana, rice, toast etc... Most restaurants will have food your baby can eat and will prepare for you. You can also get heinz etc at Bali Deli and Pepitos (supermarket)in Tuban.
I always take nappies as find the cheaper nappies in Bali last half the time as my own do creating alot less wastage. As bags are lighter when arriving not really a hassle to take with you. Milton sterilising tablets are great for bathing and washing out water bottles.
We take our own quicksmart stroller as folds into backpack so easy to travel with and can be taken on as handluggage.
Take good toddler sunscreen and rashie/all in one as skin still sensitive to wearing too much screen as well as getting them used to wearing wide brimmed hat. Try to take light weight long sleeved clothes for further protection from sun and mozzies.
You will find life with a baby really cruisy in Bali, everyone will want to hold him/her which is great when you are having lunch and dinner! Enjoy
