Going in July. We have not been before

but got FF flights to Jakarta with Qantas. Have done a fair bit of research and have decided to spend most of our time around Jogja and Solo.The temples sound devine and it is pretty well set up for tourists as far as great food and accomm. Think we will only spend 2 days in Jakarta.Will probably fly to Bali for a few days - dirt cheap airfares with Air Asia.
We plan to be fairly vigilant with our safety, but I am sure it will be just an amazing experience :)
Very exciting to be going somewhere that is as they say "same same but different"
Will do a JBR on our return (if you can wait that long)
