to have legal wedding in Indonesia you must have both civil and religious ceremomies, and for religious both bride and groom must have same religion. This is recognised elsewhere. If you also want an Australian wedding certificate then the Aust consul, or his offsider, attends as well to witness and then can issue an Australian certificate as well
