is probably just the local photographer. they do a good job, but it won't look like windees, just normal photos in a normal album. I suggest if you want windee to pay more and request. doesn't matter if its only a small amount of people. Doesn't have to be three hours either, its the films. You would have photos of you getting ready, your flowers, rings, ceremony, signing, drinks after, family shoots, scenery shoots, wouldn't take long to take heaps.
