If you go through a proper Wedding Organiser it is all legal. You get your certificate in Indonesian and one in English. YOu have to visit the australian consulate first to sign papers. Once married the Wedding Organiser lodges the paper work in Indonesia, but you can take your cert. in australia to change your name. If you want the full run down contact Katrina on katrina@baliweddingsinternational.com she has been doing weddings for nearly 15 years in Bali.
