I have been reading about Casa Luna cooking school and we have booked to do this in May.
I was going through some draws and found our Bali stuff and found our folder from the LAIS Restuarant that in on the beach side of Legian Hotel, just down from MBR.
We started with a market tour and then prepared three dishes and a desert, it was very personal, only three of us and the Sous CHef was fantastic.
It was very hands on, which was great as it gave you a feel of what you were making, but they hand kitchen hands to follow behind and clean up.
Afterwards we got to sit out the front and enjoy what we had cooked served back to us, presentation was wonderful.
We were presented with a folder of recipes and a certificate, a carry bag and a sample of all the spices used, these were sealed and labelled.
My husband enjoyed this experience as much as I did.
