I was the fist to do this course some 3 years ago, I was the only one in the class but if you are really into your cooking I would find something better. Don't get me wrong it was very nice and the setting was very lovely, I just found that when you know how to cook (15yrs for a family) you would like a challenge. But then 3yrs they may have changed it a bit.
