the last trip I did. I organised through Sammy and Suzie. Made is a relative and had begun her own cooking classes in her home. Very authentic. Do the preperation out the kitchen back door then cook in her kitchen. Then sit down to dinner with her family and the local kids will do a dance for you. Fantastic day and night. Just ask Sammi and Suzie when you get there. Im going again in June and will definatly be doing it again.
