Bear in mind this was two years ago.
But it was a very established (I think five star) hotel.
It was the Legian Beach Hotel PH: 62 361 751711
The Chef we had was Wayan Wastika.

We met with the Chef first and discussed our skills, I come from a family where all the men are chefs, but my husband and our friend hardly knew what a pot looked like.
We had input to what sort of dishes we cooked, which I thought was good.
We cooked Gerangsem ( Balinese Fish Soup) which we started from scratch and made our own stock from fresh snapper.
Then Sate Lilit Ikan (Traditional balinese sate with grated coconut on a charcoal grill.
Then, Sambal Goreng Cumi-Cumi dan Udang (stir fried Calamari and Prawn in spices).
Finished off with Kue Dadar (pink pancakes with a filling of fresh coconut palm sugar and vanilla.)
Yum YUm YUm !
He set a menu that was quite interesting and we all felt that it was good because you each had a work area and set of everything to yourself, where other places you work in groups and then sometimes only the "good" cooks get to do everything.
I am sorry I cant remember the price, but I remember thinking it was cheaper than eating a meal at a similar style resturant, so we felt like we got the morning for next to nothing.
I think Casa Luna is cheaper but you work in groups and you have the oppurtunity to join in ( I think).
We will be there in May and have booked into the Casa Luna so I will do an update in my JBR.
Hope this has helped, if you need anything else, just send me an email.
And yes we have cooked the dishes since we have been back, had a photo night for the other 7 people we went with and we dished it up. Yum yum almost as yum .
