Jetstar re visa

As I have booked my own flight and accom all I have is my e ticket.The query is do Jetstar hand out visa forms on the plane for you ? Or do I have to get my own application forms? If so where? Leaving next week and am now concerned as have read the FAQ's on their website and states you are to arrange your own visa? Hoping someone can help me out here.
