hold in your hand, the E stands for electronic and in simple terms means that you wont be getting a paper ticket. When people print off their e-ticket they are printing off their flight confirmation or their itinerary and not printing themselves a ticket. If you are required to present any paprwork (and Jetstar have told you they dont) then you would usually be asked for your itinerary.
