Hi Clare, I contacted Jetstar because I could not open an email from them re alteration of flight times. Actually they were leaving Bali 15 min later, big deal. I asked them about the email I got from them when I booked and asked if is it was an e-ticket, they said they do not have e-tickets and all you have to do is present your passport, and your booking and seat allocation is already on their computer. Looking forward to hear what you think of Jetstar. We are going cattle class and I have chosen seats 27J-K. We are coming home Star class 5J-K. It will be interesting to see if the seats we get are the same as I booked on internet. I know you will have a great time and the kids will love the new pool at PR.
