You get the invitation at check-in if you travel and have paid for Business Class travel.
One of the many perks of travelling and paying for Business Class is having access to a dedicated airline lounge, where one can work, relax and even sleep before boarding a flight. That cannot be done or had if people enter the lounge just to let their teenage kids loose playing footy on the outside terrace of the Premier Lounge, using the windows as a "goal", or who turn up the lounge TVs to full blast and fool around while screaming to eachothers how easy it was to bribe the staff in order to get in. Bali International Airport is unique in letting this happen without any comments from the staff.
Funny that people expect that paying for a Holden will get them a Rolls Royce, and at the same time spoil the normal quiet lounge atmosphere.
