Entrance to the Premier Lounge at Denpasar Airport has been advertised at the airport and people willing to pay US$20 for the use of it's facilities have been actively encouraged to use that Lounge, I guess because of lack of patronage by those entitled to do so or perhaps for other reasons, I don't know.
I agree that no one does, nor should, expect access to similar amenities in other countries unless flying above economy class. Nevertheless, the fact remains that in Bali, the Premier Lounge IS available and you can't blame people for using it.
